Shipping and Delivery

 We offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Please note that all shipping charges are determined based on dimensions of the package/size, weight and destination. 

 

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

DISCLAIMER:

In extremely high temperatures, shea butter will start to melt but not to worry.  If melting occurs during shipping, immediately place the jar in the refrigerator for about 20 minute for it to solidify. Shea butter must always be stored in cooler temperatures so as to avoid melting.  Please also note that after melting, shea butter will loose its creamy and fluffy consistency.   Please note that MDNY Shea will not be responsible for any melting.

All orders will be processed promptly upon receipt.  Please allow approximately  7-10 business days for this to occur​

DAMAGES:

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE HANDCRAFTED NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT.  

 

Please inspect your order when it arrives for any damages.  A claim will be filed with the delivery company if products are damaged during shipping, once we are notified by customers, be sure to include relevant pictures along with the correct order and shipping information so  that we can begin processing your claim.   Timing is everything and our hope is to rectify any issues in a timely manner.  Also, damaged products will be replaced once proper proof is submitted and all claims are filed.  Please always remember to contact us in connection with any issues.

LOST SHIPMENTS

It is highly recommended that to all customers consider adding tracking to you order. MDNY Shea will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please also make sure that all packages are signed for so as to avoid any issues as it pertains to delivery and receipt.  Also check with your local mail carrier to make sure the package was not delivered to the wrong address.
